News & Updates: 2019 Folger Levin Legal Developments for California Independent Schools

Our Educational Organizations practice group provided its annual update on legal developments affecting California independent schools, including new requirements for harassment training;  the California Supreme Court’s dramatic change in the test for determining independent contractor status in Dynamex v.
