Sarah Garrett Learner is an attorney in our Litigation department.

Sarah Garrett Learner

Sarah represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, class actions, trade secrets cases, corporate governance suits, and employment litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Folger Levin, Sarah was an associate at an international law firm, focusing on complex commercial, intellectual property, and securities litigation. She represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in internal investigations and arbitrations.

Sarah received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, she served as Senior Publishing Editor of the California Law Review, where she published a student note in 2023 regarding remedies for survivors of domestic violence under California law. Sarah also served on the board of Women of Berkeley Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science with high honors and distinction from UC Santa Barbara.

Sarah is a member of the California Bar.
