Haley Schwab is an attorney in our Corporate and Nonprofit practice groups.
Haley advises clients on a full range of corporate matters, from formation and financings to acquisitions and dispositions. She also provides strategic advice and counseling to businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations, including on matters related to commercial contracting, corporate governance, real estate and technology.
Haley received her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she was a managing editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business, and Finance. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago (Phi Beta Kappa). Haley is a member of the California Bar.
Haley maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly volunteers around San Francisco. She serves as a trustee of the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation.
Prior to joining Folger Levin, Haley was an associate at a global law firm with a focus on corporate transactional work.
