Sabrina Arsalane is an attorney in our Estate Planning and Corporate & Real Estate Practice Groups
Sabrina provides counseling to individuals and families on a broad spectrum of legal matters including preparing wills, establishing and administering trusts, advising on wealth transfer strategies and charitable planning, optimizing tax implications, and drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Sabrina also advises on entity choice and formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and financing transactions for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Sabrina received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she earned honors in Risk Management & Compliance. While in law school, she served as a student advocate in the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic, where she counseled startups on entity choice and formation, privacy concerns, and employment matters. She also served as the president of the Muslim Law Students Association at Boston University School of Law. Sabrina received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors. Sabrina is a member of the California Bar.
