Vivian Chang is an attorney in our Corporate and Nonprofit practice groups, and leads the firm’s pro bono practice.
Vivian has over 20 years of experience advising for profit and nonprofit clients on a full range of matters, including corporate and nonprofit governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property and technology, promotions and marketing, and other nonprofit/tax exempt issues.
Vivian serves as the firm’s pro bono counsel, overseeing and managing the firm’s pro bono initiatives. Vivian also maintains an active caseload focused on advising non-profit and educational organizations.
Vivian previously served as staff attorney at Start Small Think Big, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for The Little School and as an advisory board member for the East Bay Community Law Center, and has volunteered with community organizations including SF CASA and Safe & Sound.
