Marie Jonas Joins Folger Levin’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments

Folger Levin is pleased to announce that Marie Jonas has joined the firm’s Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups.  Marie joins the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  Prior to her clerkship, Marie represented clients in complex healthcare and financial fraud matters.  Marie obtained her law degree (Order of the Coif) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2011, and received her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University, graduating with departmental honors in 2007.

Marie will represents the firm’s corporate and individuals clients in a wide range of commercial and employment disputes, including issues of securities law, breach of contract, bankruptcy, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, construction, employment, wage-and-hour, intellectual property, partnership disputes and trust disputes.  Learn more about Folger Levin’s Litigation Practice Group here.
